Please choose a date/time, fill in the required information, and click on "Submit". You will get a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don't receive a confirmation via email, please send me an email (link on "Home" page) after checking your spam/junk folders.

Please note that if you are located outside of the Pacific time zone when you are scheduling an appointment, check your appointment confirmation carefully. The calendar may adjust your appointment time based on time zone differences. If this happens, please email me at office@iwptpc.com and I will make the necessary changes. If you don't see an appointment confirmation email within 15-20 minutes of booking , please email me as well.
